BBC to free its archived content!

The BBC plans to digitize its archived content, and make it available online. Somebody will be working back nights here and there to get that done, I bet. What a fantastically subversive idea. I bet the US entertainment industry was/will be passing besser blocks at this news.

The sooner intellectual property is killed as a concept, the better. It's depleting a commons (public domain content) upon which Western Civilization is based.

I knew The Doctor could get us out of this mess...
